LIME Project catering group closure and certified delivery

On 22nd July the LIME project’s Catering group achieved an important goal: to pass the final exam of the Professional Training Course for the catering sector held at the “Borgo Ragazzi Don Bosco” Professional Training Centre.

The participants, under the guidance of chef Antonelli, brilliantly practiced their skills in the creation of a complete Italian cuisine menu, each according to their own creativity and inspiration.

Each participant was entrusted with the creation of a course, from seafood and potato salad to mini lasagne alla Bolognese and vegetarian, passing through lemon chicken bites, stewed chicken fricassee with marinated zucchini and a basket of shortcrust pastry with pears and custard.

The result was delicious!
